On my recent visit to the blood donation center nurse pointed out that my Hemoglobin levels are near the margins, and hence, I should not donate blood more than twice a year. For normal people, the duration is three months.

  • Soak five dates and 20 resins, overnight in a bowl of water.  
  • Consume the same as soon as you get up.
