What are Receding Gums?

The exposure of the roots of the teeth because of reduction in gum tissue is termed as receding gums or Gingival recession. The disease is a symptom of underlying tooth decay.   1. In 1/4th cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution add 1/4th cup of water. Swish the mixture multiple times for around 30 seconds.
  2. After swishing spit the contents out.

There are multiple ways of ingesting licorice, you can just chew on the licorice stick after the meals, or take it with your food as an herb.  It tastes sweet and cleanses your system. It is a natural alternative to chewing gums after meals.
